Things going on...

It has been quiet here for a few weeks now. A summary of what was going on:

  1. We visited the Linuxtag 2006 in Wiesbaden, Germany. I was there to present our work on AIRT to the free software community, and the whole family came along for short vacation.

  2. When we came home, Battlegirl was already waiting for us. She's staying with us for a couple of weeks (with a mandatory vacation of her vacation in Madrid.

  3. Most of my time at work goes to finishing my Ph.D. thesis. I'm also preparing for the SURFnet relatiedagen[in Dutch] which take place at the end of the month, and for the FIRST 2006 conference in June.

  4. Since my current contract ends October 1st, 2006, I am also looking for another job. That is the least of my worries though, since that seems to be as good as covered.
